Full refund less handling fee of $20 if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival.

One night's accommodation is non-refundable if cancellation within 7 days. No refund if cancellation after 2pm on day of arrival or for "no show".

The cottage had all you needed and more. Cosy, peaceful and clean. Terry was the perfect Host. Definetly recommend to stay here.
