Description

Frank & Diane Frankcom, your hosts, have a hands on approach to their business that enables them to build a rapport with their guests and make them feel comfortable. Their 16 unit boutique style property, on the Westernport side of the Mornington Peninsula, is beautifully appointed and enjoys comfortable facilities.

"Down here it's a lifestyle thing, our guests vary from Naval personnel visiting or stationed at Cerberus to families simply coming to enjoy the Peninsula.

People are realising just how quiet and secluded the beaches are on this side of the Peninsula. Our guests are here for a variety of reasons, ranging from tourism to business to weddings".

Finalist - and Highly Commended - in accommodation section of Frankston & Mornington Peninsula Business Awards 2003-2004.

All 16 units are at ground level and include 2 spa suites, plus 4 two bedroom, self contained family units.  Another splendid feature is a fantastic cubby for the children to play for hours.

This excellent venue is centrally located, directly opposite the Balnarring Shopping Village on the Frankston-Flinders Road. Shopping, Restaurants & Tavern are all within walking distance. The local bakery has Jazz on a Sunday afternoon 1-4pm and the Tavern have music on the Deck from 3-6pm

Frank & Diane Frankcom invite you to join them for a most pleasant stay in the midst of this vast range of attractions.

The boot-shaped promontory of land that curves south of Melbourne to form the eastern shore of Port Phillip Bay is Victoria's oldest and most popular holiday playground, but is now enjoying renewed fame as a major holiday destination only one hour from the State Capital.

Surrounded on three sides by the waters of Port Phillip and Western Port Bays, and Bass Strait, it provides the closest ocean beaches to Melbourne and a stunning crescent of safe bayside beaches.

This is Australia's newest and fastest growing boutique wine district, featuring over 100 vineyards and 35 cellar door facilities, many of which include restaurants with breathtaking views over sea and countryside.

When combined with its reputation for fine food and character accommodation, the Mornington Peninsula is attracting an ever-growing reputation for 'the good life'.

the accommodation was great-the furnishings and kitchenette very well maintained and clean. the owners/staff were friendly and helpful supplying me with a map so i could get my bearings. the only complaint i have is that the smoke detector beeped at me all night and of course being very tired i did not get up to take it down til 4 inthe morning which of course ruined any chance of having a restful night; i mentioned it in the morning and was told i should have taken the battery out sooner!! not very satisfactory i think.
