All reservations need a credit card number to secure the booking. If paying by cash a $250 cash bond is payable on check in. Any cancellations must be made within 48 hours of check in, or the full tariff will be payable. Long weekends and major events carry a 2 week cancellation policy. All deposits paid within this time are non-refundable.

Any cancellations made will incur a $25.00 admin fee. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of check in the full tariff is payable and non-refundable.

"Warm and cozy" The hotel staff put the heater on for us before we got there and it made out room warm before we even got there!! Was really impressed
