We have 3 cottages.

When standing in front of the cottages HENTY COTTAGE, is the cottage on the left hand side of the drive, and entry is via the back door.

SARAH COTTAGE is on the right hand side of the drive, and entry is via the front door.

MACQUARIE COTTAGE is the blue cottage to the right of Sarah Cottage. Entry is via the back door.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL, I AM HAPPY TO TAKE ANY PHONE CALLS UNTIL 8PM (2000HRS) AND FROM 8AM (0800HRS). IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY THEN CALL AT ANY TIME.

Check in times are STRICTLY AFTER 230pm (1430hrs). If you are checking in after 6pm (1800rhs) then please give me a call to arrange key pick up.

Check out time is STRICTLY BY 930am (0930hrs).

Terms & conditions

 

Our cancellation policy is 72hrs prior to your arrival, FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT. Under 72 hours you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR BOOKING. NO SHOWS are 100% of the booking cost.

Your first nights accommodation will be deducted from your credit card on booking. When the deposit has been taken from our credit card, your booking is confirmed. We don't send emails to confirm bookings. Bookings are confirmed when deposit is taken.

Check in time is anytime after 230pm (1430hrs). Check out time is 930am (0930hrs). These times are STRICT and if the time is not convenient then please give me a call to arrange, if possible a different time.

We are definately NO SMOKING and any evidence of smoking inside the cottages, will be charged as the full cost of your accommodation plus $100 cleaning charge. So if your accommodation is for 2 nights, you will be charged for your 2 nights, plus 2 nights as this is the cost of your accommodation, plus $100 cleaning charge.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR EXCESSIVE CLEANING OF THE COTTAGE AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE, THERE WILL BE A CLEANING CHARGE OR A CHARGE FOR THE COST OF REPAIRS FOR THE DAMAGE. We are not unreasonable but just let us know how things happened.

The cottage (#2) was spacious and extremely clean. It had everything one would expect in one's own home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bed linen was good quality. Milk supplied in fridge on arrival was an extra touch that was much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for Margot. Thank-you!

We like the accomodation at Green Gate Cottages as it was clean and tidy, the manager, Margo was very helpful,overall, we are happy with the stay.
