A beautifully restored Californian bungalow home, fully self contained with complete kitchen & laundry facilities.

Grace's Spa Cottage has a cosy open wood fire, luxurious 2 person spa, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms (2 with ensuites). The third bedroom has a double & 1 x single bed, (note: even if you book only as one couple, you with have the whole house to yourselves).

New granite benchtop in the kitchen, TV, DVD, barbeque, full linen & towels provided. There is a playground and very private back yard, a huge living area with french doors opening out onto a north facing sunny, sheltered verandah.

Grace's Spa Cottage has 5 beds and can sleep a maximum of 8 people

Congrats to Michael and Grace,it is the 2nd of their cottages we have stayed at and totally impressed with the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of both.Graces spa cottage was amazing,totally set up for a family and so convenient to all venues and shops.Look forward to staying at another one of their beautiful houses in the near future.We totally recommend accommodation of high standard to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Smithton.Sandy and Steve.

Grace's cottage was more than we expected. While the location is nothing spectacular, it is central to Smithton and in close proximity to shops etc. The cottage itself is very well appointed, very clean and spacious and very comfortable. The added extras of cooked breakfast provisions were a truly welcome bonus. If we are in need of accommodation in the Smithton area again, I'll be looking at Grace's cottage first.

The Spa was wonderful and the breakfast supplies a real treat.
