Description

Whalers Watch Bed and Breakfast is a private unit, beautifully located close to the lovely fishing village of St. Helens in Tasmania. With panoramic views of the magnificent Georges Bay, you are only a seven minute drive to the pristine beaches and coastline of the word renowned Bay of Fires, and Binalong Bay. A short three minute drive takes you to St. Helens, where you can enjoy the local restaurants, cafés and shopping. There are two fresh live oyster farms less than a two minute drive away.

Just sit back on the outside deck and experience the taste of fresh Tasmanian oysters and a glass of Tasmanian wine overlooking the magnificent view. Birds and wallabies often visit close by.

Our price includes a continental breakfast provision, which is left in your unit for you to enjoy at your leisure. Also in your room are tea and coffee making facilities, home-made cookies and jam made from local fruit.

"Peaceful location" Loved our stay here, the self contained area was very well appointed, very clean and has lovely views. Having a resident visiting peacock was a fabulous surprise. Close to St Helens with great grocery shops, so self contained was easy. Vicki is a lovely host and is happy to chat or leave you in peace, whichever you choose. Great spot to stay to explore the bay of islands and visit St Columba waterfall and the “pub in the paddock”. Very clean and plenty of space .

Lovely and quiet place to stay.The owners are very friendly and helpfull.We bought oysters at the oysterfarm and they openend these for us.
