House Policies 

You will be staying in a Self-Contained, Self-Servicing Studio or Villa and these hints and tips will help you care for the villa during your stay, and upon departure. Check out time is 10am.

 

.           No smoking inside rooms.  Please use the ashtrays provided. Please do not flick buts over the balconies or leave on the ground.

.           We have a no party/event policy, definitely have lots of fun, but please be respectful of others.

.           We hope you have a great catch, but please clean your fish at the beach, not in the Villa kitchen as our drainage system is delicate.

.           Please wash and dry your dishes and take all food items from the fridge.  Please place all rubbish in the outside bins provided upon departure.

.           Rooms that are left in an un-satisfactory condition may result in an extra cleaning charge being applied to your account.

Terms & conditions

At Blue Seas, we offer contactless check in.  This means that your booking will be processed 72 hours prior to arrival.  On the morning of arrival, we will SMS the key safe code so that you can access your villa. Check in time is from 2pm, unless we have notified you of a different time. At the time of booking, please provide a working Australian moblie phone number, correct guest name, and a valid credit card that you wish to use for payment. 

Cancellation Policy:  Bookings cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival will not be charged by Blue Seas Holiday Villas.  Inside 72 hours, the first night will be forfeighted.  Bookings amendments are welcome, and do not incurr a fee, just subject to room availability of the same price.
