The Studio Apartment is located in a block of 5 apartments in a pleasant Sandy Bay suburb, with ample onsite parking. It is a small but charming space, with all the creature comforts desired when on holiday.

The bed is a large and comfortable queen size, there is a bathroom with laundry facilities, a dining space, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a lovely private courtyard in the back with patio furniture to enjoy the Tasmanian sunshine.

You are literally a 2 minute walk to a large supermarket, 5 minute walk to a post office, pharmacy, and a variety of eateries, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Studio Apartment is wheelchair and elderly accessible, being on flat ground with no stair access.

There is a free, onsite parking space for one standard sized vehicle. There is also plenty of timed, on street parking. However, with the perfect location of the unit being within minutes walking distance shops and amenities, you scarcely need a car for your visit.

We require a copy of a government issued photo ID to be sent to us prior to guests arrival, e.g. drivers license. Strictly no parties, no smoking, and no pets. Please be mindful of noise in this peaceful neighbourhood, and for the other tenants in this block of units.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks.


No responsibility is taken for the guest’s personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.

We have a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed.

Graham and I enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and our room was comfortable and well appointed. Quiet lication and an easy walk to shoos and eateries. I would most definitely return.
