All 7 bedrooms have queen-sized beds. 6 of the bedrooms, large bathrooms living area and are on the ground floor. On the top floor, 1 master bedroom with walk-in and ensuite bathroom, there is a large open space combining living areas, dining and kitchen, retreat alfresco/entertainment area. Large sundecks.

This is a beautifully maintained home, fully furnished and detailed appropriately, which is why a fully refundable Security Bond of $AUD500 is required. This is held by Aura and repaid by them to the Guest after Check-Out, although the Property Owner is entitled to deduct any reasonable and lawful costs incurred as a result of the Guest not adhering to the following Agreement.
THE GUEST AGREES WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER:
1. To maintain and leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition. If not, then additional cleaning may be charged at cost.
2. That the premises will not be used for any purpose other than as residential accommodation and that no more than the number of people specified in the Guest's email application will be residing.
3. STRICTLY no parties or functions or gatherings of any kind are to be held without the written consent of the Property Owner.
4. That the Guest or anyone on the premises during the Guest's stay will not cause a nuisance or annoyance to neighbours by loud noise or offensive behaviour or language.
5. That should any of the rules 2, 3 and 4 above be broken, then the Property Owner or his agent is entitled to re-enter the premises and on their own appraisal, may elect to provide a warning or to terminate the stay immediately without owing compensation to the tenant.
6. To pay the cost of repair or replacement for any item(s) damaged or removed from the property.
7. Not to remove any of the furniture or effects from the premises.
8. Not to keep any animal or bird on the property.
9. That smoking is permitted outside and on the decks but not inside the home.
10. That no responsibility is taken for the Guest's personal property left on the premises.

Such an amazing house. This place is on a corner waterfront position, just incredible! We walked in and we were just '' WOW '' ....surrounded by breathtaking water and mountain views, Really large place that accommodated 12 adults and 4 children with absolute ease. Great size rooms and living spaces with large sliding doors in every room, I wish id lived there!! General comments from guests were 'best house we have stayed in' we had a fantastic time, thank you so much Lee, everyone who stayed has recommended this place!!

As a large group we found this a Lovely large house for the family. Great views and comfortable lounges to enjoy them from. The cinema room was a hit with our children the fold out beds there well utilised. . We found the table for 8 too small for our group of 17. The kitchen had a divine view across the water through the hatch which was really lovely for those doing the dishes :). We enjoyed the alfresco area for our meals as it was large enough for our group, though a table out there would be handy too. We found the air conditioning very effective as we were there for unusually hot Tasi days. The third shower made a difference for our large group. We enjoyed the walk around the waterfront in front of the house. Lee was very attentive meeting us at the house and showing us around. Thanks for the stay Lee

As an extended family of 11 adults, we really enjoyed the space and versatility of this huge, sunlit house. With water views from almost every room, we felt relaxed and connected with the outside environment. Whilst there is no furniture on the decks and windows are unable to be opened (I suspect due to some strong winds from the river), the ability to enjoy the breathtaking setting is constantly there. The 8 seater dining table was a squeeze to seat 11 people around it, but manageable. The ensuite and main bathroom were huge and well equipped. It was great having another shower in the laundry. A most wonderfully relaxing space, with plenty of options for congregating together or finding somewhere quieter if preferred.
