Thank you for your booking with us at The Mole Creek Holiday Village. Please note that our accommodation is un-staffed and we do not operate a reception offering a quiet, private ‘home away from home’ experience. Your check-in information can be found in the metal mail box at the office door on your arrival, this includes the code to access your keys from the key safe. The keys to your accommodation are located in a Key safe next to your chalet door. Please don't hesitate to contact me on if you have an questions or require anything during your stay. Kind regard

Payment Policy

Payments:

Please note: A credit card is required at the time of booking. We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, direct deposit or cash on arrival. If paying by credit card, the card may be charged at any time prior to your arrival.

Cancellation policy:

30 days notice of cancellation prior to the date of the stay is required or the first nights rate will be charged to your credit card account. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the stay date the full charge for your booking will be charged to your credit card.

We suggest that you consider taking out travel insurance.

"Exceptional" Location was great with fantastic morning views. Self service checkin was fine. Laundry facilities really good. Cabin was warm when we got there. All kitchen ware you might need. Nice.
