There is free parking provided at the property for one standard size car with plenty of residential street parking also. There is a bus stop located close to the property as well as Taxi and Uber services in and around Hobart if you do not have a car.
This property has 2 bedrooms, one of which contains a queen bed, small desk, smart TV, and an ensuite. The other bedroom contains a king bed, that can be split into singles upon request, with a large built in wardrobe.
There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The other bathroom in the property also houses laundry facilities.
There is also a large deck with patio furniture and a grassed area, with breath-taking views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range.
We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started. This property will be sure to delight!

This apartment is in a block of units, and there is a unit above. There are also outdoor cameras, but there are NO cameras facing into the house. There is off street for one vehicle.
The path from the car park to the front door involves a flight of stairs and a gravel path. Please be mindful when booking for the elderly, or people with access issues. This apartment is regretfully not wheelchair accessible.
We require a copy of a government issued photo ID to be sent to us prior to guests arrival, e.g. drivers license. Strictly no parties, no smoking, and no pets. Please be mindful of noise in this peaceful neighbourhood, and for the other units in this block.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks.
No responsibility is taken for the guest’s personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.
We have a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed.
