Description

The Rox Apartment is your private oasis in the centre of Hobart’s freshest neighbourhood. On the second floor of the new, architecturally designed development, this luxurious apartment lets you feel secluded from the outside world and completely immersed within it, all at once. 
 
From here, all the delights the city has to offer await you. Grab a bite at one of the local cafes or bakeries, before setting off to explore the eclectic mix of shops and experiences that the city has on offer. Wander down to the waterfront and catch a ferry to MONA or head off for a day trip to Mount Field and explore the beautiful, wild landscapes of Tasmania.

The Apartment has one king bedroom with built in wardrobes and access to a charming little balcony. There is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen; the kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm, with tea, coffee, and milk provided. There is a full bathroom, a TV room with a Samsung smart TV and sofa bed, and a laundry facilities conveniently tucked away in a hallway cupboard.

All linen and towels are freshly laundered and provided. If you require more towels or a linen change during your stay, simply get in touch and we can organise this for you. We provide locally and ethically made shampoo, conditioner, and body wash 'Milie'.

There is free secure, onsite parking available for one vehicle during your stay.

Guests will be given detailed access instructions, with the key safe code, on the day prior to their arrival, assuming an ID has been obtained and payment has been processed. 

There is one free, onsite parking space available. The apartment is accessible, with a lift and level access throughout. This apartment is not suitable for babies or young children.

Please note a 1.5% surcharge is applied to all credit card payments.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks.


No responsibility is taken for the guest’s personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.

We have a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed.

We had a fantastic weekend away at Julie and Jason’s retreat at The Rox. They were so friendly and gave us so many tips - we went for dinner at a gorgeous restaurant just five minutes walk from the apartment. The space was spotless, comfortable and luxurious. From the gorgeous bed linen, to the finishing touches, it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Looking forward to returning!

My wife and I spent 5 wonderful nights in truly luxurious accomodation, in a perfectly located position to experience the many nearby great food and entertainment options. Our hosts looked after us very well before and during our stay. Cannot recommend The Rox highly enough as great value!
