This heritage listed and newly renovated 4 bedroom house is a 10 minute walk to city centre and waterfront or to North Hobart restaurants, with plenty of secure, onsite parking and continuous hot water. Ideal for large families or corporate groups.

The property is a two story, 4 bedroom house that has been renovated.  Three bedrooms have king beds that can also be split into singles.  There is also a sofa bed in the fourth bedroom and a sofa bed in the second living area. 

There is a large open plan kitchen, dining, and living area; this house also has continuous gas hot water and will not run out. There are 2.5 bathrooms, as well as fully secure free parking off street for several vehicles depending on the size of the vehicles or motorcycles. 

There are no baby gates at the property for the internal stairs so please ensure children are supervised at all times.

This property has a strict no party policy.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks.

No responsibility is taken for the guest’s personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.

We have a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed.

Our sporting team had the best time staying here, lots of space to share and enjoy our time in Hobart - very central and easy to get to everything we needed.
