Stay in the Heritage Apartment, a fully self contained apartment located separately in Crabtree House in private surrounds, a heritage listed historic home built in 1840 at beautiful Grove, the gateway to Tasmania’s magnificent Huon Valley. The Heritage Suite is designed for couples only. Not suitable for children. The Heritage Apartment offers 4 star luxury with a charming bedroom incorporating quality bedding, open fireplace and hydronic central heating in all rooms. Crabtree House in the Huon Valley is very close to Huonville and Huon Valley attractions such as the Tahune Airwalk, Hastings Caves and the premium wineries such as  Willie Smith's Cider House, Home Hill, Panorama, Hartz View, Brookfield and Herons Rise.

When choosing your Huon Valley accommodation we offer beautiful surroundings with a running mountain river with Trout, Platypus. We are also a haven for wallabies, echidnas and the odd Tassie Devil.

Cancellation Policy:
For stays in high season (December - April)the total charge for the booking will be deducted at time of reservation. Change to accommodation type will incur a $25 surcharge.

Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior will attract 50% of the deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will attract 100% of the deposit.
Reservations cancelled, changed or postponed within 48 hours or "No Show" will result in the full amount payable being debited to the credit card given at time of reservation, minus any deposit paid to Crabtree House.
During high season (Dec-March) cancellations or postponements will result in the full amount payable being debited to the credit card given at time of reservation, minus any deposit paid. Subject to the owner being able to re-book the period concerned, administration fee applies.

We reserve the right to deduct the entire booking amount for stays longer than 4 days at the time of booking.
