Golf courses nearby. Nearest is public 9 hole course 5 minutes away. Great choice of beaches from quiet and safe wading at front door to surf beaches a 3 minute drive away. Boat ramp also 3 minutes.

~~Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation at The Promenade

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

If cancellation is caused by the client within 30 days of the booking, money paid is not usually refundable (but will be negotiated based on whether the house is re-let for the period.)

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants  responsibility during their stay.

Expectations - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

Check In and Check Out. Check in time is 2.00pm .  Check-out time is 10.00am . We cannot guarantee early check in or late check out because of new reservations or other events that may impact, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Great location for a family holiday. The extra lounge area was great for teenagers and the rest of the house well equipped for a large gathering.

Truly great location. House is very nice.Angela very helpful. However, only one sealing fan in a whole house.Also, one bedroom had windowspermanently shut.No fan. No way of cooling down at night after hot day.

We would definitely recommend the Promenade Holiday House to everyone. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The fire was lit and lights were on ready for our arrival. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The house is in a beautiful peaceful location ideal for summer or winter. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
