Large open plan living which opens to large deck. Celerytop pine kitchen, tas oak floorboards, reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling, panel heaters and ceiling fan. Furnished with pine antique pieces.
Golf courses nearby. Nearest is public 9 hole course 5 minutes away. Great choice of beaches from quiet and safe wading at front door to surf beaches a 3 minute drive away. Boat ramp also 3 minutes.

~~Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation at The Promenade
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
If cancellation is caused by the client within 30 days of the booking, money paid is not usually refundable (but will be negotiated based on whether the house is re-let for the period.)
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Expectations - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check In and Check Out. Check in time is 2.00pm . Check-out time is 10.00am . We cannot guarantee early check in or late check out because of new reservations or other events that may impact, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

"A charming beach house" I can not speak more highly of this property. As soon a I walked in, I felt at home. It reminded me of our summer holidays with my family as a kid. When you just know immediately from the very beginning you can relax and really enjoy and soak-in the moment. Family photo's and Sailing memorabilia scattered around house was a lovely touch. With everything you need and more...like the beach at your door step. What else can one ask for..? Angela and your partner have done a fantastic job creating an homely setting that you'll be wishing you stayed longer. We stayed in the Promenade for our Winter holiday. We loved visiting in winter as there were few tourists, snow on the mountains, some beautiful clear days, AND our accommodation was so well equipped and warm. It was love at first sight when we entered ��� fire going and music playing, and that was just on the inside. Outside was the most beautiful ���picture postcard��� scene I���ve ever seen (might as well have been in Switzerland). In fact Tasmania was more beautiful than we ever imagined. The bedding arrangements at The Promenade were perfect for our large group of 9. It was very spacious with two bathrooms and privacy for all. The Promenade is conveniently close to Hobart and many beautiful places. Above all we loved the ���home away from home��� feel of this gorgeously decorated character cottage. Thank you so much Angela for taking such good care of us. I would love to buy a holiday home in Tasmania just like The Promenade. We will be back to explore some more. xx

My stay at this property was the most relaxing place I have stayed in a long time, the water views help sooth my soel, such a great place to kick off your thongs and unwind with a glass of bubbly, and let the kids enjoy the beach right at your door step.. A fantasic place for familes to stay...
