Large open plan living which opens to large deck. Celerytop pine kitchen, tas oak floorboards, reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling, panel heaters and ceiling fan. Furnished with pine antique pieces.
Golf courses nearby. Nearest is public 9 hole course 5 minutes away. Great choice of beaches from quiet and safe wading at front door to surf beaches a 3 minute drive away. Boat ramp also 3 minutes.

~~Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation at The Promenade
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
If cancellation is caused by the client within 30 days of the booking, money paid is not usually refundable (but will be negotiated based on whether the house is re-let for the period.)
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Expectations - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check In and Check Out. Check in time is 2.00pm . Check-out time is 10.00am . We cannot guarantee early check in or late check out because of new reservations or other events that may impact, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4 adult ladies stayed at The Promenade for 8 days.It was spotlessly clean and everything you could think of. We all had our own room and very comfy beds. Lovely wood fire for the nights already chopped. We will be going back in 2015, Pam Dagmar, Ellen, Phyllis.

This is a wonderful house to stay in with a family - warm, quiet, plenty of space, with beaches and parkland close by (very close!). A good base to explore the Tasman Peninsula, but also very close to Hobart! Would really suit two families holidaying together, or anyone just looking for a homely getaway. Hope to return!

What a great place loved the rustic charm. Very friendly helpful communication. Nice welcoming touch with the fire lit, lights on and milk in the fridge.Beautiful water and mountain views tastefully decorated and loved the electric blankets.Will be back for another stay soon hopefully.

Thank you for all your prompt communications, helpful information and for preparing the house so beautifully. It was such a great treat to walk into a house on the first night to a welcoming fire, fresh milk, soft music and softly lit rooms. The location was lovely with views across the water to a snow capped Mt Wellington. The house was tastfully furnished and spotlessly clean. We stayed in winter and with a fireplace, electric blankets,room heaters and the sun streaming through the windows during the day the house was always cosy.
