Description

The property has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third bedroom with a single, a separate lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area plus outdoor entertainment area with BBQ .

There are two bathrooms in the property - one bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a separate toilet, shower and vanity off the laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large pantry, coffee machine, dishwasher, and double sink overlooking the garden. There are 2 stunning decks, one of which faces the lagoon and one in the privacy of the garden. 

You will be based in the charming Southern Tasmanian hamlet of Cremorne, a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Cremorne is just 20 minutes from Hobart by car, offering both tranquillity and convenience. Cremorne has a beautiful lagoon, a large beach perfect for swimming, a boat ramp, a play park, and a bowls club with a bar and a different food van every Friday night (just a 10 minute stroll from Mandalay).

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks.


No responsibility is taken for the guest’s personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.

We have a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed.

Lovely house and well presented. Love how close it is to the water. So peaceful. Easy and seamless check-in. Definitely recommend. The beach was incredible. We will be back.

We loved this beach house! It is very serene and peaceful. The inside was like the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had all the basics. Having two toilets and two showers was great. The backyard and outdoor area area beautiful. Unfortunately, while we were staying there, it was cold, so we didn't sit outside much. The front deck has a beautiful view of the bay. The bay is literally across the road. The house provides 4 small canoes which was a great plus. My husband and kids took the canoes out on the bay and loved it. We walked to and from the beach. Hobart is 30 minutes away, so not too far. Would stay here again if we ever come back to Tasmania.
