Blundstone Arena, Eastlands shopping centre, and Bellerive beach are a short walk from the apartment. Also within walking distance is the ferry from Bellerive taking you across the river to the Hobart waterfront. Alterantively, Hobart centre is just a 10 minute drive away. 

With secure access and undercover parking, this apartment is located on the second level with an elevator to take you right to your door if the stairs are a struggle, or if you've got an armful of goodies.

This apartment has two queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area.  Whether it’s enjoying a glass of wine, reading a book or having breakfast, the balcony with its water views will become a favourite.

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. You will be liable for damage caused when doors have to be forced open owing to the key being lost and also cost of replacement keys and locks.


No responsibility is taken for the guest’s personal property left on the premises; however we will make every attempt to contact you should items be left behind. Cost of returning items will be at your expense.

We have a very strict No Party policy. Any behaviour deemed to be disturbing the peace will result in instant eviction from the property. The number of occupants must not exceed the original number as stated when the booking was confirmed.
