KITCHEN - Recently updated with quality appliances - cooktop and oven, microwave,  dishwasher, and quality utensils and tableware - perfect for cooking up a storm or just enjoying a freshly brewed coffee. Basic cooking supplies provided - oil, herbs and spices, Tasmanian condiments, as well as coffee (beans, ground, instant), milk and a selection of teas.  

DINING - 4 seater table right with great views. Quality stoneware crockery.

BEDROOM - Spacious built in mirrored wardrobe, marble top bedside tables, reading lamps, luxurious warm queen bed with quality professionally laundered linen to provide you with a peaceful sleep.

BATHROOM - step into shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, Miele combination washer/dryer, hairdryer, Milk & Co toiletries provided (body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower cap plus shaving and dental kits for when you forget to bring your own). Premium eco friendly loo paper that actually works! 

SITTING AREA - desk with basic stationary, double sized sofa bed with air filled core (no springs seriously comfortable!) for extra guests that can be made up before arrival.

STAIRS - Scarlett's by Salamanca is located on the top floor and is accessible by two flights of stairs.

PARKING - Parking is available on the street for 2-hour periods from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm Saturdays. Parking duration is unlimited outside these times.

CHECK IN/OUT FLEXIBILITY - Earlier check in and later check out may be possible dependent on other bookings.

FAMILIES - While we welcome families as we stay at the apartment with our children there is limited amenities for young children and infants.  The window in the dining area is low to the floor which may be a safety issue.  There are also breakable items.,.

Terms & conditions

PAYMENT - Reservations must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival by bank deposit.  Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Full refund for cancellations made within 7 days of booked dates. 50% refund for cancellations made 5 - 7 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancellation is made within 4 days of arrival.
