Accommodation is only for the number of persons booked and paid for and no camping or parking of caravans or similar is allowed on site.

Bruny Ocean Cottage does not allow pets and is a non smoking establishment. Bicycles are provided for your use at no charge and are maintained in top condition and no liability is accepted for any injury or loss associated with them.

Any damage to Bruny Ocean Cottage or its contents maybe charged to you directly or to your credit card.

You are asked to report any damage.

Bruny Ocean Cottage is not a party house and any gatherings or functions of any kind are not permitted.

You are asked to respect the residential amenity of the neighbours at all times.

Bruny Ocean Cottage is not a party house and no gatherings or celebrations of any kind are permited

The residental  amenity of neighbours is to be respected at all times

Your accommodation is only for the number of persons booked and paid for

Caravans motorhomes, tents or any other type of temporary accommodation are not permitted on site

Guests are asked to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition

The cottage is reliant on rain water tanks and guests are asked to not waste water

Deposit and Cancellations:

A deposit is required to secure  your booking

Full payment of the booking is required five (5) days before arrival date.

If cancellation is made within seven ( 7 ) days of arrival date, we will retain the deposit.

If we can fill the vacancy created by the cancellation, we are happy to refund the deposit less $50.00

"Delightful cottage accommodation!" Bruny Ocean Cottage at Adventure Bay on Bruny Island is a perfect place for a holiday. The owner, Steve, has provided the cottage with absolutely everything you could need, it is spotlessly clean, warm, cheerful and welcoming. Located opposite the beach, very quiet, peaceful and relaxing and a perfect spot from which to explore all the beautiful places Bruny has to offer. We were thrilled to find such a lovely place to stay and will definitely return!

Lovely cottage a two minute walk from the beach in Adventure Bay. Perfect spot for enjoying the local area and exploring the rest of the island. Steve gave great advice on what to do and where to eat, we’ll definitely be back to stay again!

Great little cottage, very short walk to the beach (and its a great beach to walk along), Steve gave heaps of helpful ideas on what to do and where to go- make sure you do the Bruny Island cruise - well worth it!. The cottage was really well set up with everything you might need! It was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my time there!

"Lovely cottage" Thanks Steve for hosting us at Ocean Cottage. We were surprised to receive the travel info for Bruny Island by mail a week or so after making the booking - very thoughtful! It’s a lovely cottage by the water in adventure bay - perfect location! It’s a little cottage so it’s not super spacious but very cosy for the 6 of us. The pantry items come into handy when we are on the island - again very thoughtful. There are bikes available but we didn’t get to use them as we were only there for 2 nights. Would stay there again and probably longer next time.
