Description

Amalie Cottage is a lovely old turn of the centry stone cottage. Orinally a boarding house owned by 2 spinster sisters, Hulda Amalie and Sofie Agnas.

Amalie has been extensively renovated and now boasts all mod cons and retains the ambience of a byegone era.

Amalie can be divided into 2 completely separate and fully self contained units. Both have full amenities.

Or you can rent the full cottage which will give you 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 BBQ out door areas.

Great for families or couples travelling together but appreciate that little bit of independance and privacy.

Room to park your car and or boat off street and only a short stroll to the shops and hotels for meal.

Approx 10 minute walk to the river front.

Amalie is a great place to explore the Riverland from.

If you have booked as a couple then we ask that you use on bed or room only. 

You will be charged an extra person fee if you use more beds than booked for. We are happy to discuss any arrangements.

Please do not have extras and not tell us as you will be charged for the extras.

Terms & conditions

Deposit must be paid on booking.

Balance 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy. 3 weeks notice of cancellation or loss of deposit

                             10 days notice of cancellation or loss of full payment.

Strict no pet not party policy.

Cottage must be left clean and tidy or an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card.

BBQ must be cleaned after use or a $50 fee will be charged to your credit card

No smoking property. If cigarette buts are found lying then a $50 clean up fee will be charged 

Any breakages or spills, please let us know asap so that we can replace or clean.
