If you invite additional guests to stay above the number booked and paid for please ring 0418 808 704 to arrange additional payment.

In the interest of all guests and our precinct residents, South Australian City Coast & Country  operates a strict “Zero Tolerance” and “No Party” policy.  Noise from any source within the common areas of the building or the apartments or balconies must be kept to a reasonable level and must not disturb other Guests or Residents.  Any infringement of these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without re-imbursement of monies paid. 

For the comfort of all guests we  have a NO SMOKING policy at the property .   An additional fee of $250 will be charged back to you if you break the NO SMOKING policy resulting in curtains and carpets needing to be cleaned to remove the smell. 

We respectfully ask that  all dishes are washed, the dish washer  emptied & all rubbish & bottles placed in the outside bins.

If you stay at the property on a SUNDAY  night we respectfuly ask that you pop the bins out on the kerbside for early morning collection on MONDAY morning.

In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to rebook the cancelled period.  Failure to rebook the entire period may result in the loss of your payment.   Where possible we are happy to help out with a change of date.

"Excellent property. Awesome location." Really enjoyed our short stay at Ariadne. Lovely property - everything you need, excellent sleeping arrangements and dog friendly. Great location - 30 sec walk to the beach. Perfectly situated between Granite Island and The Bluff. Highly recommended.

"Absolute beachfront accommodation" We are "return" guests and once again everything was just wonderful. The stunning sea views are mesmerising - no trouble washing dishes at all while staring at the beautiful ocean. Didn't need to use the dishwater as I was captivated by the view. Loved our early morning walks along the foreshore. We'll be back - again!!
