Our cozy and charming 'Poolside Escape' features four bedrooms, inviting you to step into our inviting haven, where we've carefully designed a range of bedrooms to ensure your utmost comfort.

The Escape

Here, you'll find a Queen bed adorned with bedside tables, offering you the perfect spot to keep your nighttime essentials close at hand. You'll appreciate the convenience of the built-in wardrobe (BIR) and the added luxury of an ensuite for your utmost privacy.

The Double-bed's Quarters

Your haven awaits in the second bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed complemented by a chic bedside table. You'll discover plenty of storage space within the built-in wardrobe (BIR).

The Bunkhouse Adventure

Our third bedroom is a versatile space, perfect for families or groups. It features a practical double bunk with a single bed on top, making it ideal for kids or the young at heart. You'll also find a handy bedside table and another built-in wardrobe (BIR) for your convenience.

The Entertainment Hub

This room is more than just a bedroom; it's a fun zone! With a cozy double bed, a fold-out double lounge, and single bunks, this room can accommodate multiple guests. A pedestal fan ensures your comfort, and it's packed with entertainment options, including a TV cabinet, TV, Roku, Xbox (complete with a steering wheel and pedals for racing enthusiasts), and a DVD player with a selection of movies. The master bedroom has a private ensuite with a shower and basin, while a central bathroom, accessible to all guests, offers a spacious shower and basin. Additionally, we've provided two toilets for your convenience, one inside and another in the laundry area. This thoughtful setup ensures that all guests enjoy accessible and well-maintained facilities during their stay.

You can also take a dip in our salt-chlorinated above-ground in-deck pool or relax on the outdoor lounge and table. We provide an assortment of pool toys to make your outdoor leisure time even more enjoyable

Just a short drive from some of South Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Seacliff Beach is the nearest, located about 3.5 km (6-minute drive) from the property. Its wide sandy shores are perfect for a swim, beach strolls, or simply soaking up the sun. Additionally, O’Halloran Hill Recreation Park is close by, offering scenic walking trails and panoramic views.

For your morning coffee or a casual brunch, Seacombe Road hosts a variety of cafes and bakery's, serving delicious coffee and fresh pastries in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a dining experience, The Seacliff Hotel & Flagstaff Hotel is a popular local restaurant and pub. Terms & conditions

All properties managed by Unwind Holidays are privately owned and are rented on a fully self-contained basis. Therefore you must respect the property at all times and leave it as you find it. Do not move furniture around or remove items from the property. If a situation arises where maintainence/repairs are required on the property you must contact Unwind Holidays and under no circumstances employ a tradesperson direct. No smoking is permitted inside the home/apartment. A fee may be charged should the above occur.

Each holiday home/apartment is equipped for a specific number of guests. It is against Health Department regulations for more persons to occupy a property than there are beds to accommodate them. No mattresses, tents or caravans, or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. If a property is reported to be overloaded, the tenants will be asked to vacate with no refund made.

Your holiday home/apartment will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival unless other arrangements are made with Unwind Holidays. One of the team at Unwind Holidays will meet you at the holiday property on arrival to deliver keys (a maximum of two sets of keys per tenancy will be provided) and familiarise you with the property.

If keys and/or remotes are lost, the changing of the locks and replacement of keys and/or remotes will be at your expense. The keys and/or remotes are your responsibility so please take care of them.

A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name and address as well as credit card details. A $250.00 cash or cheque bond is payable on selected properties. The bond balance will be returned within seven (7) days of your departure date. An increased bond may be incurred for group bookings or at our discretion.

For all bookings 25% of the tariff is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within seven (7) days from the date you make the booking. Balance of all outstanding monies is due fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. Payment may be made by bank cheque, money order, Mastercard, Visa or direct deposit.

When a booking is made, the deposit is accepted for the owner at that time. At times situations arise of which we have no control. Unwind Holidays reserves the right to move guests to alternate accommodation (subject to availability) at their discretion or the direct instruction of the property owner. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every reasonable effort to make sure you are satisfied with your new address. If the property is for sale and the ownership changes before your holiday, we cannot guarantee that the property will remain available. We cannot accept responsibility for decisions made by a new owner. However, if the property is sold, you will be notified, allowing Unwind Holidays time to organise you alternative accommodation.

All guests are reponsible for keeping the property secure during their stay and will be responsible for any theft or damage due to neglect in this area.

All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or other damage to the property or common property during their stay, including any additional cleaning, removal of excess garbage, repairs or replacement of items in the property.

No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the owner or Unwind Holidays control. No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less an $80.00 administration fee. If we do not secure a replacement booking, your deposit is not refundable. If you shorten the period of your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
