- Character home in a beautiful leafy street
- 2 min stroll to Rose Park School
- 4-5 min walk to the bus stop in Swaine Ave
- 6-7 min walk to Dulwich village where you will find excellent coffee shops, cafes, gift and fashion shops, hairdresser, Physio, medical & dental clinics, chemist, wine shop, pizza bar, Thai restaurant, bakery, well stocked convenience store & boutique butcher
- The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds + 1 with a king bed. Each bedroom has built in robes
- Ensuite bathroom, shower at floor level and a loo.

We stayed 6 nights. The owner quickly solved our problem and we even made good friends after meeting in person. The house is well decorated and facilited. The kitchen wares have everything we needed. The owner also provided complementary toasts, butter, jam, coffee, milk... There were more than enough shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash for the 4 of us. The surrounding is quiet and we were told by local friend that Rose Park is a very nice area. A primary school is just behind the house. We could see sweet little kids running around when the garage door was opened. It only takes less than 5mins to drive to the city. I even walked to the Botanical Gardens and the Zoo in 40mins. Specially thanks to the house owner, Leanne and Mark, for providing such a nice house as our first week trip in Australia. We are a group of friends that regularly travel Nationally and internationally to ride our bicycles. This was our 10th trip to Adelaide for the Tour Down Under. We have stayed in a variety of accommodation over those years. ( Hotels and other AirBnB ). This was the best. The house was stylish and perfect for us. Excellent decor and surrounds. The host was outstanding. Professional, informative, welcoming, charming and just fabulous. Would easily stay again. Highly recommended. A very spacious three bedroom home in a lovely area close to the city and walking distance to shops, a park and coffee shops. Highly recommended.
