When guests arrive at the property they will find it properly clean & tidy throughout with freshly made beds with quality linen.

The utensils, crockery and cutlery will be ready to use with an inital supply of complentary toiletries as well as tea and coffee ready.

Canellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible.

If cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival, full refund less $50 administration fee.

If cancellation is within 30 days of the booking, all monies will be held in credit for future use providing the property is rebooked for the entire period of the cancellation. Every effort will be made to relet the property.

If for any reason you are unable to complete you stay there is no refund.

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance for sickness & theft.

Thanking you for choosing to stay at one of our properties. You are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions of Use when you make payment for your booking - you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use.

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.

No processing fee is charged on credit card payments.

No booking fee and linen hire charges.

When guest arrive at the property they will find it properly clean & tidy throughout with freshly made beds with quality linen. The utensils, crockery and cutlery will be ready to use with an initial supply of complementary toiletries as well as tea and coffee all ready.

All accommodation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

We recommend that all guests take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise beyond the guests control.

Check in time is after 15:00hrs. Early check in may be available by prior arrangement only.

Check out time is before 10:00hrs. This allows time to prepare the property for the next guests. Late check-out is available by prior arrangement only.

Keys.
Prior to your arrival arrange a time with Executive Holiday Rental and they will meet you and greet you at the property with the keys.

Please note a fee of $150 will be charged if keys are lost. Plus $150 per remote.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with, we appreciate most will respect our properties, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:-

Only the number of Guests are to reside in the property as per booking and exceeding the agreed number of guests you may be evicted from the property without refund
Parties and functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival except for normal cleaning.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and you may be evicted from the property by security and termination of your rental period is without any refund.

No smoking is permitted inside any property. A $50 charge will be charged if cigarette butts or any rubbish is left lying the property.

No pets are permitted on the property during your stay.

Fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms.

Damages & Breakages are the guests’ responsibility during their stay and charged accordingly.

Personal Property.
Executive Holiday Rental take no responsibility for guests’ personal property during their stay at our accommodation premises. It is strongly recommended that all guests have travel insurance to cover theft & loss of personal items.

Maintenance & Repairs.
Please advise Executive Holiday Rental as soon as possible if there is a maintenance issue so they have a chance to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently as possible.
During your stay it is acknowledged that :-
a) The said property is for private holiday use and not for commercial purposes or the like.
b) The said property is not to be used for private parties/function.
c)     The said property is not to be used for any illegal purposes.
d) Only people listed on the Registration Form are to reside in the property.
e) Use of bedrooms not applied for will incur an additional charge.
f) The property is non-smoking , thus no smoking is permitted indoor
g) No pets are allowed on or about the property at any time.
h) Access to the property may be required for maintenance/repairs during reasonable hours.
i)    Everytime you leave the property ensure that it is secure, locked and security alarm on.
Utilities. During your stay utility costs are Executive Holiday Rental responsibility.
if the costs for utilities are significantly higher than the average monthly utility costs for the property; the difference in these costs may be passed onto and charged to the guest. Where properties have complimentary internet access for email use & web browsing only. In the event guests use the internet for movies or large downloads or if capacity is reached or exceeded, charges will apply.

Neither do they accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the guest accepts and assumes all risks associated with the rental of the property.

Waiver.
The guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges both Executive Holiday Rental, it’s employers from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Executive Holiday Rental free and harmless of any claim or legal action arising there from.
