Adelaide parklands are just at the end of the street, so you can go for your walk or jog and avoid any traffic.

  • Credit card details, home address and contact numbers are required as security for the booking. Payment in full by cash, money order, EFT or credit card is required prior to or on arrival. A 50% deposit may be required to confirm a booking with the balance payable prior to 14 days before the booking commences
  • Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked receive a full refund of any monies paid. Less a $30 administration fee.
  • Cancellations notified between 30 and 14 days prior forfeit 50% of the total tariff. A refund will be made if the property can be re-booked at the same tariff. Less a $30 administration fee.
  • Full payment will be required if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given. A refund will be made if the property can be re-booked at the same tariff. Less a $30 administration fee.
  • 14 days notice is required of a reduction in the number of nights booked or the tariff for the full period is payable. A refund will be made if the property can be re-booked at the same tariff. Less a $30 administration fee.
  • For all bookings, If the property has been booked and confirmed at an agreed nightly rate and the number of nights booked is reduced, a higher nightly rate may apply.
  • In case of a Credit card being processed, payments incur a 2.5% surcharge on top of the total amount payable. Overseas credit cards incur a 3.5% surcharge on top of the total amount payable.
  • Damage to the property or lost or stolen goods will be charged to the guest. If the property is left in an unacceptable state cleaning will be charged to the guest at $25 per hour. If the oven is used during your stay please ensure that it is left clean.
  • Keys must be returned or left at the property on check out, non-return of keys will incur a charge of $150.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended in case of unforeseen circumstances.

"A magical place!" After spending the day sightseeing, the Lotus Eater was a perfect oasis of calm where we could digest the memories of the day sitting on the verandah with a glass of chilled wine and a meal rustled up in the apartment's excellent kitchen area. Add a couple of visits from Missy the cat (and the reassuring gaze of the Buddha through the toilet window) and you have the recipe for a magical place to stay in Adelaide. We loved every moment we stayed here!!

This is a unique place which is so handy to the city, the airport and shops. It is so peaceful and comfortable. I loved it. So much nicer than a hotel room. Everything you need is there. Angela was very nice and I would stay there again if or when I am next in Adelaide. Thumbs up!!

It was a fantastic alternative to hotel accommodation. The extra space was terrific and we made good use of one of the relaxing areas outside to have a quiet chat and drink in a shaded and secluded setting. We made a last minute addition by taking our daughter with us which was no problem and well catered for. We will be happy to go back again.
