Coorong Waterfront Retreat is situated on Seven Mile Road 15 kilometres south of Meningie in South Australia. That's just 2 hours drive from the centre of Adelaide. It's the perfect place to relax and take a break.

Pack a picnic and explore the many walking trails of the Coorong National Park. Use the 2 kayaks provided and head across the Lagoon (2kms one way) to the sand dunes where you can wind your way through to the ocean beach. Enjoy a round of golf at the beautiful Meningie Golf Club. Use our spotting scope and view water birds from the comfort of the Lounge. Cook a special meal using herbs from the kitchen garden and the elegant tableware provided. Then again you might want to just sit back, relax by the fire and enjoy the spectacular water views.

Coorong Waterfront Retreat accommodates up to 6 people in 3 queen size beds. We can supply linen (optional extra) or you can bring your own.The house and garden is exclusively yours to enjoy. Minimum 2 nights stay on weekends (including a Friday and/or Saturday night). Minimum 3 night stay at Christmas, New Year and public holiday weekends.
Please note that our price quoted is based on BYO (bring your own) linen. If you would like us to supply linen please let us know. An additional charge of $35 per queen bed per stay applies.

Coorong Waterfront Retreat

Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made via this website. Variations to these terms can be agreed with the owner but only in writing.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. If payment is not received the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Your Booking is split into two portions – the non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance. You may pay both portions (the full amount) in Australian Dollars up-front, or pay the deposit initially and subsequently pay the remaining balance. Where your stay commences in less than 30 days from the time of Booking, the full amount must be paid up front.

If you cancel all or part of your booking, the deposit related to the cancelled days is non-refundable. The remaining balance may also be non-refundable if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival and we are unable to rebook the dates that you have cancelled. We will make every effort to readvertise the dates that you have cancelled in a timely manner.

We will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked, however we reserve the right to make alterations to the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you have booked for 2 adults with linen supplied for you we will assume that you require linen on one bed only (and charge accordingly) unless you advise or select otherwise.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

Should you have a problem or complaint you must inform management at the earliest possible opportunity and provide access for repair / service during reasonable hours.

Pets are not allowed at the Property.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
