- Smoking is not permitted inside cottages. Ashtrays are provided outside. Smoking inside will incur a cleaning charge of $200. 
- Care of facilities and Cleanliness: We understand accidents may happen, however, deliberate damage and filth is not acceptable and will result in a $300 excess cleaning charge plus any applicable replacement or repair costs.

- Check-in is 3:00pm (15:00 hours) or after as convenient. Check-out is strictly no later than 11:00am (11:00 hours). Due to our caretakers' busy schedule and our high occupancy we regret not being able to offer early check-in or late check-out. 
- Strictly no pets allowed on the property or inside our cottages or on the property. A $500 fine applies for breaches by individuals. 
- Smoking is not permitted inside cottages. Ashtrays are provided outside. Smoking inside will incur a cleaning charge of $200.

- Due to our vineyard / farm setting, children must be supervised by their accompanying adults at all times during their stay.

- Barossa Shiraz Estate is entitled to upgrade its decor and furnishing without notice. 
- Use of log fire is limited to winter months of June-September during which an allocation of fire wood will be supplied to each booking on guests' arrival. Extra fire wood may be delivered the next day at extra charge.

"Exceptional" We found this property above our expectations, from the beautiful comfort inside to the peaceful views out every window, made our visit enjoyable and very relaxing. We really appreciated and enjoyed the fact that they have ensured to use all local products promoting the Barossa Vally. It will be a stay that will always stay with us. Thank you so much guy.

"Exceptional" Very comfortable stay with all the amenities you could want at a very reasonable price. Although close to the main road, and other villas/cottages, it still felt private and little to no road noise. Would stay here again!

"Beautiful property, excellent amenities, great host." We really appreciated all of the food provisions, the beautiful welcome tasting plate and bottle of wine. The vineyard setting was lovely and the location was very peaceful. This property is newly renovated and is beautiful. Loved the blackout curtains in the bedroom.

"Perfect Break" From the initial contact with Ty until we sadly had to leave our stay at the cottage was perfect. The welcome snack on the table and the well stocked breakfast provisions were really appreciated. Everything you needed was provided to an incredible high standard and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Thank you for a wonderful break and I look forward to my next visit.
