Located at 44 Broadway Glenelg South. First floor, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms (main bedroom queen bed, second bedroom double sofa bed), lounge, fully equipped kitchen, free laundry facilities, and balcony. Wi-Fi, TV, microwave oven, baby cots and off-street parking. All linen is supplied weekly. Full cleaning (if required) of the apartment during your stay is available at extra cost.

Please read the terms and conditions of your booking, it can be found in the body of this email. By paying, you are confirming your booking through which you acknowledge that you have received, read, and accepted the terms and conditions of the booking.
We advise you to consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated government measures; you will not be entitled to a refund due to the above. Your cancellation request will be handled by the property based on the applicable cancellation policy.
Terms and Conditions
Noise: A “zero tolerance” approach to excessive noise is enforced. Guests are legally obligated (Council regulations) not to disturb the peace of other guests. Police intervention or eviction may occur.
WE HAVE A STRICT POLICY OF NO PARTIES IN THE APARTMENTS
No Smoking: No smoking inside apartments. You can only smoke outside at the designated “Smokers Points”.
In case of false activation the sounder will emit a loud signal for a period of 90 seconds. You must clear the smoke within this time or all other units will be activated. Please open doors and windows to clear the smoke.
Children and pets: Children must be supervised closely by an adult in close. No animals are allowed on the property.
Arrivals and Departure Times: On the day of arrival occupation of the apartment will depend on availability due to cleaning, but will be as soon as practicable after 2pm. On the day of departure, your apartment must be vacated by 10am.
Minimum Booking Periods: Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, long weekends and selected special events.
Maximum Numbers per apartment: The numbers accommodated in each apartment must not exceed the number quoted for in the booking.
Payments: Full payment is due prior to checking in. We accept VISA or Master Card.
Refunds: Payments will be refunded if cancellation is notified at least 14 days before accommodation commences.
If cancellation occurs within less than 14 days prior to the taking of accommodation - no refund is applicable.
Once occupation of the apartment takes place the full payment of the booking is required - should termination of accommodation be earlier that the due date no refund is applicable.
Owners Waiver: No responsibility is taken for guests personal property.
Waste disposal: We use a system of recycling. All recycled material into the yellow bin and all general waste should go into the red bin. Bins are located at the rear of the property in the north east corner.
Cleaning: This is a self contained holiday apartment. The washing of dishes and general tidiness of the apartment is the responsibility of the guest. If your apartment is left in such a condition that it requires extra cleaning an additional charge of $100 will apply
Damage: Cost for any damage, excludes normal wear and tear, but includes stains, damage to soft furnishing, as well as cracks and marks during your stay will be paid by the guests.
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of AUD 200 before arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
