Ideal for the family visits to the city or a group booking on tour from interstate or overseas looking for comfort without the expense of city accommodation. The home has a large lounge room, dining/kitchen and one bathroom with a separate toilet.

The property has  new split system/ heating and cooling system for all year round comfort in every room. It has a flat screen TV and the kitchen contains all the basic necessities you need. 2 cars can be parked off the street under the lockup roller door carport for complete security, with a further carsa 2 parked inside the property.

The yard is surrounded by high fences so that your four legged loved ones can not go off exploring on their own whilst on holidays. If any one is interested the Dog Training School operates on a Sunday 9:30am to 12:00) just around the corner on Sarnia Ave.

Double bricked cream rendered home offers a large front yard, tiled roof and polished floor boards throughout. Very simple but very elegant home with large windows to let in the light. Its priced in the budget range for a families or group holiday to the city. Contains all the necessities one would need on a holiday or a long term stay, beautiful leather couches and beds, linnen and towels to make your stay as comfortable as though you were at home. The configuration of the beds is as follows:-

 Main bedroom queen bed with a large wooden cot

Second bedroom double bed and a single bed with a pull out single bed under it. 

Third bedroom a queen bed

Forth bedroom a double bed ( this room is in the middle of the house and has no windows)

I will accept a one to two nights stay on occasions however I do charge a cleaning fee of $100.00 on top of the price incurred on stays.

Direct Rout to the City centre aprox 10 min drive. Near public transport

The home is situated 10 min from the CBD between Main North Road and Hampstead Road and parallel to Regency road set in a very quiet area. It is near Hampstead hospital and some of the main shopping centers in Adelaide. It is close to the home of the "roosters" North Adelaide football team. Sefton plaza is the nearest shopping centre and not too much further away is Westfield shopping centre. If you do not have a car there is great public transport with a direct rout into the city via Hampstead road and with in walking distance to the bus stop at the end of the street.

I charge a bond when booking, up to $300.00 depending on the length of stay. On or two weeks before arrival I will ask you to pay the fall amount of the amount of the stay and then once the home has been cleaned by the cleaners on your departure I will transfer the deposit back to your account within 24 hours. The deposit becomes the bond on arrival. On special circumstances this can be altered to suit the guest staying.
