Description
Christies 'No 1' Esplanade is a modern holiday town house in a fantastic location, right on the beach.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two way bathroom with shower and bath tub, and separate vanity and toilet.
Downstairs is open plan living, kitchen, laundry and toilet.
It is fully equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. All linen, towels, and a starter kit of tea, coffee and provisions for continental breakfast are supplied.
It has a private, lawned yard with barbecue and a double lock up garage.
Upstairs there are two queen size beds and in the third bedroom a bunk where the bottom part folds out to a double. Downstairs there is a double fold out futon to provide extra sleeping.

Local Attractions
Drive, cycle or take the walking trail along Witton Bluff to the unique reef, jetty and restaurants of exquisite Pt. Noarlunga or the quaint Beach Rd. shopping precinct, the Colonnades movie theatre and shopping complex.
Venture a little further afield to the Reynella and McLaren Vale wineries, historic Willunga, or take a scenic drive through the hills through Clarendon, Meadows and Strathalbyn, or perhaps through Cherry Gardens to Stirling Aldgate and Bridgewater.
Relax on the beach, swimming, fishing, surfing or snorkling on the reef.
Have a barbecue, and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and just enjoy the view.

The only problem we had was working out how to use the television....oh and the garage rolladoor. Being old non-techies! Otherwise an excellent stay.

Everything we needed for the ideal, relaxing, comfortable get-away holiday was here: Ideal location - quiet, close to beach yet close to shops/cafes etc & city if needed The beach is the cleanest, clearest one we have ever seen! Accommodation was clean, comfortable, roomy and had everything there that we needed (& more) Comfortable beds, fresh linen plus extras in cupboard. Dishwasher and washing machine made life easy too TV in living are and main bedroom was great. We'll be back! Thankyou
