Description

This property is a spacious modern 4 bedroom townhouse with all the appliances and services required for a luxury short or long term stay. 

It is located in a very quiet street with virtually no through traffic. Cafes and local shopping at Christies Beach are a pleasant 5 minute stroll away. The major Colonnades shopping precinct is only a short 4 minute drive  

The beautiful sandy beach is only 100 metres from the front door. The child-friendly beach is directly adjacent to, and serviced by, the local Life Saving and Sailing clubs.    

Nearby Port Noarlunga with its many cafes, restaurants and historic jetty is only a few minutes drive, or for those looking to stay fit, a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk along the coastline.  

A special feature is the upstairs balcony with ocean views and remote-controlled blinds to take the heat out of the late afternoon sun while you relax and enjoy pre-dinner drinks and nibbles or look after the steaks on the gas barbecue.

Upstairs includes:

  with Foxtel channels, Blu-Ray disc player and Bose surround sound system.

- Kitchen fully equipped with gas cooktop, electric oven, 2-door fridge/freezer,

- Bedroom 1 - King bed, ensuite and dressing area.

- Bedroom 2/study - Single Bed and port-a-cot available on request.

- Spacious Balcony with gas barbecue.

Downstairs includes:

- additional family-oriented area with 36" Sharp flat screen LCD TV, DVD player
   and Playstation (perfect for the younger generation).

- Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and built-in robes.

- Bedroom 4 -  single size bunk beds and built-in robes. 

- large family Bathroom with bath and separate shower.

- Laundry with washing machine and separate dryer.

At the rear of the house there is a private and secure garden area with a hot/cold shower facility to wash off the salt/sand after a day at the beach. Also, a tiled undercover area (with cafe-style blinds) provides another place for the family to relax or play in inclement weather.  

Reverse cycle airconditioning services all areas in the house to provide zoned temperature control throughout the year.

Free wireless internet is available. All linen and towels are supplied.

Pets are allowed but limited to small dogs only.

Terms & conditions

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount and the security bond of $500 must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. 

Cancellation if caused by the client:
- money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If  a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. 

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

- Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

- Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. 

- Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

- Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is (TIMEOUT) by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. 

- Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

- Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.  

- Pets are allowed, but limited to small dogs only unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

- The owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

"Well worth the money!" A great house that is laid out really well, very clean and a short walk to the beach! Some great extra touches like toys and games for the kids, boogie boards and buckets and spades for the beach!

This is fabulous value for money. Great location, two excellent living areas, two excellent outdoor areas - very comfortable beds with good quality manchester. Sally was always very responsive. Highly recommend!
