One Tree B and B: The Suite is an eco-conscious, luxurious suite set in the grounds of a lovely old style homestead established on half an acre of land on the banks of the Wakefield River, surrounded by tall and majestic gum trees, with native wildlife; you might even see a kangaroo pass by as you enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on your private outdoor entertainment area.

For your sleeping pleasure... a king sized bed orientated to face the large windows that overlook the Wakefield River... awake to the beautiful views of nature. For your entertainment pleasure a flat screen LCD TV has been wall mounted for your convenience, to enable you to enjoy a DVD while relaxing in the comforts of the luxury king size bed or the lovely leather couch... relax and cuddle up and enjoy a good book or DVD (DVDs, CDs, books and games are available in the suite for you to enjoy during your stay)... if music is more to your liking then enjoy the stereo.. iPod facilities are available with both the stereo and bed side clock radio...all of your comforts have been considered, including a reverse cycle air conditioner and electric fireplace for that cosy ambience! 

A quiet, private outdoor entertainment area, with outdoor setting and outdoor 2 person therapeutic spa, overlooking a private native garden and the Wakefield River A gas BBQ is also  provided for your cooking pleasure. Relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee as the sun comes up or as it goes down. Private and exclusive use!

In the summer (or winter if you dare!) ask us about the use of the swimming pool!

Parking: undercover car parking for a single vehicle is available for your use.

* Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit 50% of the full tariff.
* Cancellations notified 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid.
* Any refunds payable are subject to further adjustment for any costs, bank fees or commissions paid (third party agencies, credit card merchant fees etc).
* Travel Insurance is recommended to provide protection against illness, injury, death, loss of luggage and cancellation of travel.
