Cancellation Policy:

  • The security deposit is only refundable (less $20 booking fee) if 1 months notice is given in writing.
  • If less than 1 months notice is received a refund (less $20 booking fee) will only be given if the management can relet the booking in full. There are no refunds if your stay is cut short.
  • Any booking fee/commission paid by the consumer to Aura is between the payer and Aura (not Huntsville Caravan Park) and subject to Aura's terms and conditions.
  • By booking you are confirming you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, and the Terms & Conditions of Aura Holdings Pty Ltd.

Payment Policy:

  • A deposit of 1 nights accommodation will be charged to the supplied credit card within 24hours of placing your booking.
  • Upon receipt of the requested deposit a guarantee of accommodation unit will be held exclusively for a period of 24 hours from 10am on the arrival date.
  • The balance of the booking is to be paid on arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

  • Check-in usually available from 12pm Midday.
  • Check-in later than 9pm without prior arrangement and agreement with management.
  • Key-return box outside reception for easy early morning check-outs.
  • Check-out no later than 10am.

“Great Clean Accommodation.” The Owner was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and clean. Some shops across the road and the town was not too far to drive. Would stay here again.

“Good for an overnight stay” Cabin looks new and everything in it was great! The shower area is a real bonus as the shower is very generous and you can easily move around. Staff was very helpful.

"Exceptional" Recent refurbishment well thought out. (One of the best) Really clean & up-to-date. Excellent shopping complex nearby. Friendly, helpful and Maryborough is such a lovely city. Would definitely stay here again.
