Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Sunday.

The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

NO PARTY POLICY: Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Any parties, disturbances and anti-social behaviour will result in full loss of bond, and potential eviction. We work with a Security company, Border Security Services, and they will attend the site, without warning, to ensure there is no antisocial behaviour.

NON-SMOKING: Any tenants found to be smoking or any evidence of this will incur at minimum charge of $250 as well as any extra cleaning fees.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Any persons found with illegal substances immediately be evicted and authorities notified. No refunds on accommodation will be made.

LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, locks must be changed and the tenants will be responsible for replacing lost keys - $250 per set will be charged. Call out fees apply if you lock yourself out of the property. Please see below.

CLEANLINESS: Please leave the premises in the condition found. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for the properties left in unsatisfactory condition and/or furniture not in its normal place.

PETS: Are NOT permitted on the premises. Guests will have their stay terminated immediately if a pet is found on premises and an extra fee may apply for any cleaning or damage resulting from pet.

DAMAGE CHARGES: All damages, breakages will be charged to the guest listed on the booking.

SALE OF PROPERTY: In the event of the property being offered for sale, the tenant agrees to allow the owner to inspect the property with prospective purchasers during reasonable hours by appointment.

LATE DEPARTURE PENALTY: A late check out fee will be charged against your bond if you do not vacate the apartment at the standard check out time of 10am (unless organised prior)

EARLY DEPARTURE PENALTY: If you choose to vacate before your booking end date, no refund will be given for the unused nights.

BALCONY: No objects are to be thrown from balcony. No yelling or hanging any body parts over the balcony - instant eviction will apply.

NO PARTY POLICY/NO ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR PERMITTED

Please be aware that we have a strict no party policy in place.

- Noise restrictions apply from 10:00pm until 7:00am.

- Be respectful of other guests and residence in the building.

- All rubbish must be disposed of in the rubbish room/refuse room near the lifts - All large bags of rubbish are to be disposed of in he large bins in the car park (please ask for directions from our office if you are not sure)

- Private Pool, Spa and Saunas must not have any food or drinks in them. Charges apply for breaches.

- No objects to be hung over or thrown over the balcony - eviction and possible police charges apply.

- If security is called out for any reason $250 call out fee applies.

- A lock out fee of $150 applies if you are locked out between 5pm - 10pm, $200 from 10pm and $250 from midnight.

- Any breaches of the above may result in eviction.

- Any evictions lose full bond and unused nights.

COMPENSATION:

The guest agrees to give Q Stay a chance to rectify any issues before refunds or compensation will be given. No refunds will be given if the guest departs prior to giving Q Stay the chance to rectify any issues.

To help avoid any confusion or disappointment, we urge you to carefully read the following information.

Key Collection:

When checking in please make your way to Suite 54/Level 2 - Circle on Cavill Shopping Precinct in Surfers Paradise from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on your day of arrival to collect your keys and our lovely reception team will give you directions to your apartment!

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to hold onto your luggage on the day of arrival, or on the day you depart.

Check In Information:

Check-in is from:
- 3.00pm to 5:00pm

Check-out on day of departure is by 10.00am. Simply leave the keys in the apartment and send us a photo confirmation. If you would like to organise a later check out please contact the office.

After Hours Check in Information:

Should you require after hours check in, the below fees apply. The fee is to be paid in cash to the team member meeting you so please ensure you have this on you on arrival. Unless otherwise arranged, you will be met onsite at the property for check-in.

10pm to Midnight ($100)
Midnight to 8am ($150)

Car Parking Information:

1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments and Sub Penthouses have one complimentary car space per apartment

4 Bedroom Sub Penthouses, Penthouses and Houses have two complimentary car spaces per apartment/house

We can provide you with information on additional paid parking options at check in.

All car spaces are monitored by security, please only park in your assigned car space/s. You may be asked to move if you are found to be in the wrong car space. 

Car parking and wifi are offered as a free service. Q Stay will not be held liable for any potential disruption to services, or fees incurred during your stay.

Apartment Inclusions:

As Q Stay is a private company with self contained units we provide a starter pack for toiletries on arrival therefore guests will need to replenish these items as needed. We provide one bath towel per guest and advise that you bring your own pool towels if necessary.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please note that Q Stay is a private operator and not affiliated with the on-site management. For any questions relating to your stay, please deal directly with a Q Stay representative and not the on-site reception desk.

Cancellation Terms:

When making a direct reservation with Q Stay, you acknowledge and agree that all reservations and deposits are accepted subject to the following cancellation policy guidelines.

Any reservations through agents or other third parties may be subject to separate policies and you should check their conditions.

Cancellations 3 months or more prior to arrival:

Any payment will be returned in the form of a credit less administrative fee of $50.00.

Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival:

30% deposit of the total reservation amount will be forfeited. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned in the form of a credit note only

Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival:

100% of the booking total will be forfeited. No credit or refund will be offered.

Change of Dates Terms:

Q Stay does not offer date changes. If you are unable to fulfil your reservation, we allow you to transfer the booking over to friends or family.
No refunds or held credits will be given should you decide to reduce your stay as an inhouse guests.

Bond Pre-Authorisation:

$250 for 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments
$500 for 3 Bedroom Apartments, 3 and 4 Bedroom Sub Penthouses
$1000 for 5 Bedroom Sub Penthouses

Please note your Bond will take 5-7 business days to automatically release from day of check in
