Sleeping is Ensuited Bedroom with Queen Bed plus a Sofa bed in lounge, quality linen and toiletries supplied, flows to verandah and courtyard  with grassed area complete with BBQ . Perfect for a relaxed afternoon. You get your own laundry and private entrance.  

Off street park and bus  services across the street. All one block form the water in a quite neighborhood area.This is perfect for an extended stay in Brisbane for work or Visiting family and friends or  a holiday to explore the beautiful Moreton Bay and Redlands Area, Gold coast theme parks are 35min drive.

Victoria Point is the largest shopping centre 8 mins drive. Great if your attending a Wedding or function at Sirromet Winery 10 mins away.

Possibly small well behaved pet is welcome, please advise.

20 % Non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. 

Full payment is required 14 days prior to stay ,

If booking is short notice , a stay within 14 days , full amount is payable at time or before stay. 

Cleaning fee cover normal light cleaning. It does not cover excessive cleaning or dishes. This will be charged at $50 ph or min $30.

Damage to property or fittings will be charged to guests.
