Directions

From  Cairns airport, you will head to Port Douglas. From the airport turn right at the T intersection leading from the airport (left is to Cairns) and follow the main highway. You will encounter many roundabouts but they are well sign posted. A couple of the early ones may not have Port Douglas on them but head for Mossman if Port Douglas is not mentioned.

Follow the main road past Palm Cove where the road narrows and you will follow the coast until at the small township of Craiglie (this will take you around 45 minutes if you don’t stop). Pass through Craiglie and approx 1 km further on, you will see the Port Douglas sign. Turn right. Follow the main road (yet again some more roundabouts) and continue to the end. Turn left at the T intersection into Macrossan St. Take the second right (Grant St) then the second drive on the left under the Saltwater building. Park anywhere then proceed through the white door at the end of the carpark and you'll end up beside our office.

1.    Charges must be paid by cash, bank transfer or credit card before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made.

2.    Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt.

3.    The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.

4.    The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.

5.    Guests must only park cars in the designated areas.

6.    Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight.

7.    No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex.

8.    Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the complex.

9.    The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply.

10.  There is no refund for early departure.

11.  The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.

12.  The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment.

13.  In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given.

14.  The Guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.

15.  If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests property.

"Saltwater 10/10" It’s an awesome place manager Jason is so informative you won’t miss a thing you can book tours transport everything you need is right at your doorstep restaurants, nothing was a issue you’ve won us we are coming back, if your thinking location with amazing personal attention you can’t go past Satlwater in port Douglas relaxed rejuvenated rewind.

"Nice, in the middle of the town" It was good, very convenient as it was in the center of the town. The two owners are very friendly and super helpful. We felt very welcome. The apartment was spacious and the facility had a nice pool
