Booking Policy

A deposit equivalent to two nights tariff, or 25% of the total accommodation costs, is required to confirm your booking and can be paid by cash, credit card, cheque or direct deposit into our bank account.

Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservation cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the paid deposit, less a $100 administration fee.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, or “no- shows”, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the original booking.
