Meridian is ideal for couples requiring a peaceful and relaxing getaway and is suitable only for mature guests over 16 years of age.

Meridian has recently completed extensive upgrades to all apartments and studios; the contemporary new interiors offer fresh and modern stylish decor combined with new furniture. Soft lime washed wood; sumptuous leather sofa and bursts of colour in the art and the soft furnishings echo the colour palate of the surrounding tropics, rainforest and ocean.

The resorts central feature is the heated lagoon style pool with a sundeck, large BBQ area and 8 guest Jacuzzi all set amongst lush tropical gardens. For the true romantic our private pool decks extend from the superior rooms directly into the lagoon or select a superior room with your own private Jacuzzi on your private balcony.

Meridian is perfectly located within walking distance to the heart of Port Douglas village. Four Mile Beach is only 200 metres, the cosmopolitan restaurant strip of Macrossan Street is only 100 metres and the Marina, for daily departures to the Great Barrier Reef, is located just 400 metres away.

We have pleasure in announcing that all apartments and studios have a brand new look. Individually the apartments have been designed to provide large living spaces with a high standard of fittings, finishes and facilities. Special features of the Meridian Apartments include quality European Blanco appliances with granite bench tops in fully equipped kitchens (kitchenettes in hotel style studio apartments).

All apartments have access to internal laundry facilities and are fully air-conditioned. Units have ISD dialling, internet and facsimile connections as well as cable TV, CD and DVD Players. Wireless internet connection is available upon request (extra charge) The resorts has an elevator servicing all floors and secure basement car parking. Various 1 bedroom apartments can be combined with studios to provide dual occupancy apartments, giving complete privacy while sharing facilities, and is great for 4 adults – the main 1 bedroom apartment with a king bed can be split to twin share beds if required, while the adjoining studio has a kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, and a queen bed

Payment of accommodation or sundry accounts can be made in cash, VisaCard, MasterCard, or Amex.**NB AMEX (2% surcharge applies) 
While in residence, a room account for tours, telephone calls, transfers etc. will be held until the end of your stay. A pre-authority (swipe) of your credit card will be required as security. 
To secure your booking we require 1 nights accommodation as a deposit. 
Balance is due and payable on date of arrival

Cancellations are to be advised in writing by mail, fax or E-mail.

Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to date of arrival will be refunded in full, less $100 administration fees.

For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival, nil refund of the deposit will apply.

Any cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival or should you change your booking during your stay, you will be charged the full amount of the total stay booked (ie. if you are confirmed for 5 days you will be charged for a total of 5 days). However, if the suite can be re-let a full refund will be issued less deposit paid for the first night...........
