Self drivers, once you enter Port Douglas via Port Douglas Road, turn right into Barrier Street being the second roundabout and continue 300m which becomes Reef Street, you will see our reception area on your right at the Corner of Reef Street and Helmet Street. If our office is unattented use our customer service phone located on the wall outside our reception window, simply pick up the reciever and wait until the ring tone is heard to speak to a staff member and notify of your arrival.

You must notify us of your arrival time. If you will be arriving before the designated check-in time, for example on an early morning flight, you must book your room the day in advance to ensure it will be ready and available. We are able to store luggage until your room is ready from 10:00 am onwards. Late check out can be arranged at a fee and is subject to availability, if you have a late flight departure time you are advised to book the room to include that date in order to guarantee your use of the apartment for the day. 

Wifi, if you require wifi other than our complimentary wifi, in your apartment, you will need to notify us in the comments of your reservation or by email at the time of your reservation and it will incur an extra fee of $15 per day pre- payable to directly to the hotel at the time of your reservation prior to arrival. This is also subject to availability should you have a last minute reservation.

You must supply your credit card details directly to the hotel prior to your arrival even if you have pre-paid your reservation via a third party agent or online booking portal as security in case of breakages and in case of extra cleaning fee's. If you leave your apartment in disregard and extra cleaning time and costs are incurred by the hotel you will be charges these extra costs.

By securing your reservation you agree to te hotels terms and conditions regarding payment, cancellation, damages policies of the hotel and understand to be legally bound by this reservation contract. If your reservation is via a 3rd party portal or online agent you are also bound independently of the hotel to any agreements entered into with such agent.

Payment Policy

To secure your reservation we require your credit card details as a 25% deposit. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. 
NB: All credit card payment will include a surcharge to the value charged by your credit card provider. Mastercard and Visa = 2.13%, American Express = 3.0%

NB: If arriving before 10:00 AM you will need to also book the night before arrival to ensure availability for your arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to your arrival date carry an administration fee of $50. Cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival date carries a cancellation fee of 1 night stay in your booked apartment style + an administration fee of $50. No cancellations allowed after 21 days prior to your arrival date including no shows and the full booking amount will be charged to your credit card including credit card surcharge.
