Cancellation Policy: If a reservation cancels 30 days or more prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less $100.00 admin fee. If the reservation cancels less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full deposit will be retained unless we are able to re-let the apartment for the duration of the booking. If the apartment is re-let, the deposit will be refunded LESS admin fee of $100.00
