Holiday Rental House Rules

  1. Check-In/Check-Out
    • Check-in time is 16:00 PM onwards.
    • Check-out time is by 09:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
  2. Maximum Occupancy
    • The maximum number of guests allowed is 5. Please do not exceed this limit.
  3. No Pets
    • This property is not pet-friendly. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  4. No Smoking
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  5. Respect the Neighbours
    • Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated
  6. Cleanliness
    • Please keep the property tidy and dispose of trash in the designated bins. A cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty.
  7. Damages and Breakages
    • If you cause any damage or break something during your stay, please inform us immediately. You may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.
  8. Parking
    •  Please Park in the designated space only.
  9. Parties and Events
    • Parties and large gatherings are not allowed on the premises. The property is intended for quiet enjoyment only.
  10. Safety
    • Please ensure that doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
  11. Appliance Use
    • Please follow all instructions for using appliances and fixtures. If you encounter any issues, contact us immediately.
  12. Respect for Property
    • Treat the property with the same care as you would your own home. Any excessive damage or missing items will be charged to the booking party.

Holiday Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

  • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
  • Full payment is due 7 days before check-in. If booking is made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required immediately.
  • Payments can be made via Visa/Mastercard/Amex.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than14 days before check-in will incur a 85% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds for early departure or late arrival.

3. Check-In/Check-Out:

  • Check-in time: 16:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out time: 09:00AM.
  • Late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability.

4. Occupancy:

  • The property is to be used solely as a holiday rental. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
  • Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed on the premises.
  • No pets are permitted on the property.

5. Property Rules:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping the property tidy and disposing of trash in the provided bins.
  • Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. Guests may be charged for any damages or missing items.

6. Liability:

  • The property owner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their personal belongings during the rental period.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions during their stay.

7. Privacy and Access:

  • The owner or property manager reserves the right to enter the property in the event of an emergency or for necessary maintenance, with reasonable notice.
  • Personal data provided at the time of booking will be used solely for booking and communication purposes.

8. Force Majeure:

  • The owner is not liable for any failure to perform their obligations under these terms if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
