Pass Eumundi and Cooroy on Bruce Highway – stay on highway
Take exit 237 – at first roundabout take second exit, follow signs to
Pomona Kin Kin, take Pioneer Rd exit on right to Pomona town.
Cross railway line in Pomona, turn left onto Pomona Kin Kin Rd
4KM on right, big sign turn right NOOSA AVALON COTTAGES
Proceed 100m, through gate onto, AVALON FARM 292

Pass Gympie,
Take exit 253 – Traveston/Cooran,
Go through Cooran town, cross rail line, straight ahead to

Payment Policy

To secure your booking full payment at the time of booking is allowed although if you would like to pay the 50% deposit then please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small business and cancellations greatly affect us. To enable us to keep our prices down and at an accessible level, it is fair and equitable that a cancellation policy applies as follows: Once you have arrived, no refunds are available if you decide to shorten your stay. bookings are transferable up to 14 days prior to arrival upon mutual agreement. In the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations made within two weeks of the booking date, these are considered on a case by case basis.

I cancelled at the last minute. Apparently the Cottages were changing owners which may have contributed to my impersonal experience. I was not sure who I was getting emails from. Linda was a helpful and pleasant person but was writing from Nicole's email. Then the cottage I chose was apparently not suitable and I was 'upgraded' to a cottage I did not want. When I cancelled Linda offered to assist but a short email from someone I had never heard of informed me I was not eligible for any refund (of course)

This was our second time at the Avalon Cottages. Its a very peaceful destination, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds and 'well equipped kitchen. Linda the owner is amazing. She will try to accommodate your request and always willing to help.

Had a great time ..Lot of privacy ...Great walks..Our Pet dog Leo had a great time too.. We stayed at the Avalon Homestead..It has a great character to it..Quality time amidst nature..Great to unwind.. It was our wedding Anniversary....Thanks for the bottle wine from Linda and the team...

It was a peaceful Queenslander with lots or room . the farm animals are great. It is not far from noosa.the are bird walks and walking tracks. There restraunts and cafes near by . we fed scraps to animals that is how the farmstay is run.
