An award winning private resort holiday house that lets you all stay together (even your dog/s) in absolute luxury all under one roof.

Once your inside the front monitored gate it's your own private resort complete with sea views and hinterland vistas where you can have fun in the solar heated tropical pool, relax and unwind in the 10 person heated outdoor spa, kick back while watching a movie on the big screen in the cinema room and much, much more.

Only one street back from the famous wide and sandy Peregian Beach where you can take a long stroll or swim safely between the lifeguard patrolled flags. Walk in the opposite direction and you find yourself on the leash free dog beach where your best friend can run free. It's the absolute best of both worlds.

The private oasis sprawls out over three levels of absolute luxury. Containing 6 bedrooms in total and 5/6 bedrooms can be configured to either 1 king bed or two singles.

You won't need to fight over the main bedroom either as the top two floor bedrooms and ensuites are identical and even include private balconies. With a total of 5 bathrooms there really is room for everyone. For the little ones we have a portacot, 2 high chairs and even roll a way beds if you need to accommodate up to 14.

All linen, towels and soaps are included and our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the cooking equipment necessary including a large array of utensils and kitchen knick knacks.

Every mod con you could ever need is here including WIFI internet, Foxtel, DVD movies, book library, board games, Nespresso coffee machine (pods supplied), washer and dryer, second kitchen on lower level, wine rack, BBQ, decks with outdoor settings, outdoor shower, dog wash bay, 2 car garage with off street parking for two more cars. 

There’s tons of room to store surfboards, bikes and more and we even send you a shopping list so you know what's in the house already that you won't have to bring.

We are also only 150m from Peregian Village with its unique and amazing array of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.

If coming from Maroochydore airport, head to Noosa along David Low Way until you pass Peregian Beach Village, then just after the rise turn almost a u turn onto the David Low Way service road that says 274 - 316 David Low Way.

Cleaning and Linen Changes
The premises must be kept clean at all times.  Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged, an appropriate fee will apply.

Excess Cleaning
The property is offered in a clean, first class condition. On departure please remove all rubbish and place in the bins provided, leave the barbeque and kitchen clean and the general property in a clean and tidy state. An additional charge may be incurred for removing rubbish, food and any excess mess from the property. Cleaning considered to be in excess of normal may also incur an additional charge. 

Our cleaners are unable to move furniture.  If furniture, bedding or mattresses are moved and not replaced in their original position prior to your departure, a charge of $200 will be levied.

Acceptance of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ will authorise us to charge you or deduct the costs from the credit card details provided by you.

Should you require a cot, high chair, pram etc. please advise and we can arrange the hiring of these items for you at an additional charge.

Loss or damage to keys or remote controls will incur a $100 replacement charge. 

An agreed to number of dogs are permitted in this house. They should be house trained and kept off furniture and carpeted areas. Any damage or extra cleaning incurred by the presence of dogs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Our accommodation is for residential purposes only.  Functions, parties or end of year celebrations are STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED. 

The property is located in a residential zone and guests are required to limit any noise that may be heard by neighbours after 10pm. If Police are called to the premises due to excessive noise during your stay we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay without refund for any term remaining.

Personal Property
No responsibility is taken by the owners for your personal property.

Breakages or Damages
As the guest you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your stay. These must be reported and paid for – if found unreported the cost of replacement will be deducted from the credit card details provided by the guest.

An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by the owner or the agent.

No smoking is allowed inside the premises.  No evidence of smoking is to be left outside the premises.

Terms & conditions

Your deposit, less a $200 booking fee, is refundable up to three months prior to your arrival date. 

Check in and departure times
Check in time is from 3.00 pm on the date of arrival and the premises to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.  There is no availability for late checkout or early check in.

Proof of Identity/Security Deposit
Insurance restrictions require you, the person responsible for the booking, to be 25 years or older. You may be required at the time of check in to provide Proof of Identification by way of Drivers License or Passport.  A security bond is also required at time of check-in.  This is a pre-authorisation on a credit card held in your name to the amount of $500. The property will be inspected after you have vacated the property.  Any extra charges that arise from damage/extra cleaning, etc. that have been incurred by you will be deducted from the security deposit.

Number of Guests
The number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to with us at the time of booking.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and House Rules

Payment of the holding deposit confirms your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (inc House Rules) of the booking.

Level 1 (top level)  1 master bedroom with en suite and king bed
2nd bedroom with en suite, 1 king or 2 singles

Level 2 (mid level)  1 master bedroom with en suite and king bed
2nd bedroom 1 king or 2 singles

Level 3 (lower level) 2 bedrooms with a king or 2 singles in each.

"Fantastic resort like home with tonnes of space" Russell and Frances are fantastic hosts to their spacious resort like home. Spa and pool are amazing as well as the home cinema room, chairs were too comfy kept falling asleep during the movie! Thanks again for the stay.

It is the perfect venue for a large family group. The facilities and accommodation were excellent! The home is situated reasonably close to the beach and village of Peregian Beach. I would thoroughly recommend this property to you!

"Bellissima Casa!" What a gorgeous place to spend end of school celebrations for my son and a group of his friends. They were able to form lasting memories together for years to come in a beautiful home that offered so many options to them for having loads of fun! A cinema that was equipped with the latest x-box and games, a library of movies, even Foxtel. A spa, a heated pool, but l think the cinema room was voted the best room in the house! I was impressed the most with how well equipped the house was, loads of books available to read, even first-aid kits, emergency black-out kits and a good supply of beach towels (extra to normal linen) It was made possible for my son and his friends to have this beautiful home for Schoolies due to the owner's request to have parents stay for the duration of the booking. Well, we certainly couldn't argue with that. Thank you so much Frances, it was a pleasure, and thankyou from our children.

"Excellent Property" We had a group of 10 women and the house did not disappoint. Lots of beds and lots of room. Everything was easy. Great location for beach,shops and restaurants. I will be back with another group of friends.
