The house also has ducted air conditioning and heating, with dual bedroom and living control, so you can set the temperature to your desired needs.

No loud parties. The property is in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood and we respect our neighbours and ask that all guests do the same and comply with local laws in respect of noise regulation. 

No smoking on the property.

The guest is expected to leave the property in a similar condition to when they arrived.

Linen is provided for booked guests only - including sheet set, doona, blanket, two pillows, face washer, bathing towel and pool towel. Hand towel and bath mats also provided. Further additional linen hire is available for a fee. 

No additional people are permitted to stay overnight without the knowledge / approval of Grand Parade. 

General waste and recycling materials are to be placed in the correct bins.

Internet and wifi is provided. No illegal downloads. Excessive use will cause internet speed to slow.

Terms & conditions

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 90 days before arrival. A prepayment of 50% will be charged upon confirmation of reservation with the balance of the reservation being charged on the day of arrival. 

Security Bond of $650 applies. The guest irrevocably authorises Grand Parade to charge an amount from the security deposit if there is damage found upon inspection after the guest leaves. This amount will be either the repair where possible or reasonable replacement of items or property. This includes any damage / mess that results from failure to comply with the rules. 

No pets are permitted.

No loud parties. The property is in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood and we respect our neighbours and ask that all guests do the same and comply with local laws in respect of noise regulation.

The guest is expected to leave the property in a similar condition to when they arrived. The cleaning fee of $330 covers general cleaning of the property after the guests leaves and the laundering of the initial linen supplied.  If the property is left in an excessively messy state  the guests will be charged further cleaning at a rate of $40 per cleaner per hour. 

Linen is provided for booked guests only - including sheet set  doona  blanket  two pillows  bathing towel and pool towel. Further additional linen hire is available for a fee. Any damage to towels and sheets will be charged at a replacement rate of $25 per towel and $75 per sheet set. Tissues are provided. Please do not remove makeup on the towels. 

No additional people are permitted to stay overnight without the knowledge / approval of Grand Parade. Further guests may be permitted at a cost on a per request basis.

General waste and recycling materials are to be placed in the correct bins. Incorrect disposal of rubbish or excessive rubbish beyond normal bin capacity will incur a cost of $35 per bin for waste removal if the rubbish is left on the property.
