House rules

1. Charges must be paid by cash, bank cheque or credit before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made.

2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on your booking confirmation.

3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together will all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the accommodation and it's contents or the property caused by any Guest.

4. The villa must not be used for any unlawful purpose.

5. A maximum of 2 Guests may stay in the villa overnight.

6. The entire property is for adults over the age of 18 only and as such children will be not allowed entry.

7. No animals or pets are to be bought onto the property or villa.

8. Smoking is prohibited within the villa

9. Seclude is not liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the property.

10. Any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The property must be vacated if after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply.

11. There is no refund for early departure.

12. The Manager may inspect the villa at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.

13. The Manager is not responsible for any misdescription of the villa.

14. In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee of $50 will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given.

15. The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.

16. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the property. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guest's property.

17. Check in time is from 2:00pm, check out time is by 10:00am.

Terms & conditions

If you choose to make a booking, please be aware that smoking inside the Villa is strictly prohibited. This is one of our very few rules whilst staying at Seclude. Smokers are more than welcome to smoke anywhere else on the property including outside under the balconies of the Villa. The other main point to note is that we do not cater for children. Seclude is an "adults only" property and as such we will refuse entry to any persons under 18 years of age.

Deposits:

To secure a booking all we require is a 25% deposit. Visa or MasterCard can be used if paying online. It is also possible to pay the deposit by direct electronic transfer. Contact us and we will provide our banking details for doing so.

Cancellations:

  • If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee if at least 28 days notice is given.
  • Cancellations with less than 28 days notice or "no shows" will result in the loss of deposit.
