Our spacious and comfortable unit is one of the best at the Amphora Resort in Palm Cove.  The Unit is privately owned and managed by Anne & Denis and offers best value and discounted rates

There is a large living/dining room with couch, sofa, dining table and chairs,  55" TV and DVD player.  Internet.  Full kitchen facilities with oven, cooktop, range hood, fridge and the other appliances are in good working condition -  dishwasher, microwave.  Set of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
The front balcony overlooks the best pool in Palm Cove.  There is a small electric  BBQ and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy outdoor dining.

The main bedroom has its own smart TV and plenty of space.  There is a KIngsize bed - very comfortable - and plenty of wardrobe space.
The ensuite bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity basin and separate toilet. 

The second bedroom is a motel style room with connecting door to the main unit.  It has two very comfortable single beds (that can be joined into a kIngsize if required).  This room has its own ensuite - shower, bath, toilet, vanity basin – as well as a microwave and bar fridge.  It has a back balcony overlooking the mountains.

All rooms have fans and are air-conditioned.  The rooms will be cleaned and bedding and linen supplied.  Bathroom towels and pool towels are provided.  Just bring your summer gear & shorts– no jumpers!  Even if it rains it is hot water!

The apartment is on the top (only three floors at the resort – no high rise buildings in Palm Cove) and is easily accessed by two flights of stairs - although we do not recommend for people with bad knees.

Keys are readily available via a KEY SAF (I will send you code to open the KEY SAFE) - allowing arrival at any time of the day/night  (normal arrival time of 2pm).  Designated free parking is available in underground carpark.

The resort is directly across the road from the boutique tropical beach (Voted Best Beach in the World in 2024) and has a warm pool and hot spa.  Anne & Denis privately own the property and believe that this is one of the best deals in Palm Cove.

The two bedroom dual occupancy is ideal for 2 couples or a small family (can accommodate up to 4 people).  It is spacious, quiet, comfortable, perfectly clean, affordable and has the best views - night & day - of the pool.

Everything in Palm Cove is within walking distance.  Lots of cafes and restaurants and a few shops.

Beautiful walks along the Williams Esplanade to the pier or along the magnificent sandy beach.  Tourist buses will take you to the Barrier Reef cruises, Daintree rain forest, crocodile farms, Port Douglas, Atherton Tablelands or you can catch the local bus back to Cairns (40 minutes).

Transport from Cairns Airport to Palm Cove is by regular shuttle bus (40 minutes), Taxi or Uber - or you can hire a car.  I will send you details of transport and car rental companies.

We have friendly permanent neighbours who can help out if necessary. Anne and Denis are available at all times to assist if you have any queries.

Terms & conditions

Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit of 20% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full a month prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is only partially refundable unless the Unit is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests (4) should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Bond of $200 is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 7 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc. 

Linen & pool towels will be supplied for your stay

Pets are not allowed..

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

You will love Denis’s apartment in palm cove. The location is fantastic, the apartment spacious and the amenities and pool are great. If you want a nice relaxing place, look no further. Top floor apartment with a nice sized balcony and great view of the pool.
