Our Palm Cove accommodation is located just 20 minutes north of Cairns, giving you easy access to many of the region’s best attractions, including The Great Barrier Reef, The Cairns Night Zoo, the iconic Wildlife Dome and the beautiful Daintree Rainforest.

Check In 14:00 Check Out 10:00 Our office hours are 8.00 am to 5.30 pm. If you are arriving outside of these hours, you will need to contact us after your booking is made, using the telephone number on your confirmation email, to find out our late check in procedure.

Travel Directions

If approaching from Cairns Airport, head north on the Captain Cook Highway for approximately 22kms or 20 minutes towards Port Douglas/Mossman. After passing the Cairns Tropical Zoo (on LHS) watch out for the Palm Cove signs and turn right at Warren Street, the second entry to Palm Cove. Turn right into the entry of The Villas Palm Cove and you’re here!

Terms & conditions

Deposit Policy: 

At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged a booking service fee by AURA Travel  and a further deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation will need t obe done to The Villas Palm Cove. 
This is the total deposit required to be paid today to confirm the booking. 
This total deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. 
The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival at The Villas Palm Cove. 

Cancellation Policy: 

*If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of $80 will be given. 
*If the booking is cancelled within 28 to 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival, the total deposit charge will be forfeited. 
*If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the planned date of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, full payment for the stay will be charged to the guests credit card.
