As seen on Channel 9's "Out & About". Mount Tamborine provides a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy a relaxing and romantic break away. We are close to many great restaurants, wineries, the cheese factory, the award winning Distillery and numerous bush walking trails.

Treat yourself to all that beautiful Mount Tamborine has to offer, where fine restaurants, wineries, markets, galleries, craft shops and antique dealers await. Bush walking is very popular and many walking tracks are within a short distance from our B & B.

Our luxurious central guest lounge with its cozy log fire in winter and spacious dining room are central to all our rooms. Our large private rooms are fully equipped with their own en-suite, LCD TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-con, small fridge and dining facilities.

Enjoy a glass or wine on the balcony as you watch the sun set behind the Great Dividing Range.

Travelling south from Brisbane or north from the Gold Coast

Take exit 57 from the Pacific Motorway and follow the Oxenford-Tamborine Rd to Eagle Heights, (about 25 minutes drive), and follow the signs to North Tamborine, turn right at the roundabout into Gallery Walk and right at the next roundabout to Curtis falls. Turn left at the T junction. Turn right at the Shell Service station on to Beacon Rd. Avocado Sunset B & B is 1.9 Kilometres along on the left hand side

Terms & conditions

Payment Policy When making your reservation through our website, the first nights accommodation is charged as a deposit from your credit card. A two night minimum is required for public holidays and most weekends.

MASTERCARD, VISA, DEBIT cards are accepted. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX or Diners Club cards.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE. These can be for a cash value towards accommodation or for the full cost of one or more nights.

Cancellation Policy CANCELLATIONS must be advised a minimum (7) days or more, prior to reservation date for a return of deposit less a $30.00 cancellation fee. Shorter notice will result in forfeiture/payment of the full room rate.
